How to find a product?

There are several ways to find the product you are looking for.

  • You can browse through the horizontal tabs or through the Categories on the left hand side of the page.
  • There are 8 main Product Categories, each containing different Products Families.
  • Click on a Product Family and all its Subfamilies will automatically appear in the central column.
  • Subfamilies display similar products but with a different brand, packaging or recipe.
  • If you click one of these Subfamilies, the list of products will appear in the middle of the page with information such as: name, brand, packaging and price.
  • At this stage, you can select a product and place it in your shopping basket, simply click the Add to Basket button after entering the quantity you want in the box provided for this purpose. You may also want to fill a Wish List for the products you like but don't want to buy now.
  • You can also click on a specific product for further information and then add it to your cart using the same method.
  • You can easily come back to the main Category or Subfamily by clicking the links showing where you are on top of the products display.
  • You can also use the Search tool, accessible from any page of the website. Enter one or more keywords such as brand, product name, product reference or category to get a list of results (eg 'Danone' will return all kinds of dessert recipes of this brand: yogurt, fromage frais, low-fat desserts and more precisely 'Danone yogurt' will only return the yogurts of this brand and no fromage frais or creme dessert).
  • You can also use the Advanced Search to refine your search using the products reference (printed on our catalogue and invoices), their brand or Category.
  • If you wish to order a product that does not appear on this website, you will need to contact our call centre on 020 8772 0660 or send us an email at info@chanteroy-online.co.uk with a detailed description of the product (name, brand, weight but also flavour, packaging colour and even a picture). We will try our best to find it but we can never guarantee we will as it also depends on our suppliers.
