There are several ways to find the product you are looking for.

• You can browse through the horizontal tabs or through the Categories on the left hand side of the page.
• There are 8 main Product Categories, each containing different Products Families.
• Click on a Product Family and all its Subfamilies will automatically appear in the central column.
• Subfamilies display similar products but with a different brand, packaging or recipe.
• If you click one of these Subfamilies, the list of products will appear in the middle of the page with information such as: name, brand, packaging and price.
• At this stage, you can select a product and place it in your shopping basket, simply click the Add to Basket button after entering the quantity you want in the box provided for this purpose. You may also want to fill a Wish List for the products you like but don't want to buy now.
• You can also click on a specific product for further information and then add it to your cart using the same method.
• You can easily come back to the main Category or Subfamily by clicking the links showing where you are on top of the products display.
• You can also use the Search tool, accessible from any page of the website. Enter one or more keywords such as brand, product name, product reference or category to get a list of results (eg 'Danone' will return all kinds of dessert recipes of this brand: yogurt, fromage frais, low-fat desserts and more precisely 'Danone yogurt' will only return the yogurts of this brand and no fromage frais or creme dessert).
• You can also use the Advanced Search to refine your search using the products reference (printed on our catalogue and invoices), their brand or Category.
• If you wish to order a product that does not appear on this website, you will need to contact our call centre on 020 8772 0660 or send us an email at [email protected] with a detailed description of the product (name, brand, weight but also flavour, packaging colour and even a picture). We will try our best to find it but we can never guarantee we will as it also depends on our suppliers.

When you first visit chanteroy.co.uk, you are asked to provide your postcode. This is how we know whether your location is part of our home delivery network and if so, when you will be delivered. At checkout, you will be able to choose your delivery date from a calendar displaying the days we deliver your neighbourhood. Ensure that you place your order before 5pm to get the earliest home delivery. Home deliveries take place between Tuesday and Saturday, once or several times a week, depending on your postcode.

At checkout, you can select whether you want your delivery in the morning (before 11am), at lunchtime (11 to 2pm) or in the afternoon (after 2pm). When we organise the delivery schedule, we reduce the delivery slot to two hours and send you a confirmation email the day before your delivery.

Although we try our best to take your request into consideration, we can't always comply with your choice. The delivery date will always be the one chosen by you when you place your order but the delivery time might be different. Check your email the day before your delivery. Please do not hesitate to mention, in your registration form (My Account, Edit Delivery Details, Information regarding your delivery), the time you're usually away during the day (work, school run...) and provide an alternative if you can (porter, nanny, neighbour...)

If you know you will be away the day of the delivery, please let us know at least the day before the delivery by email at [email protected] or by phone on 020 8772 0660. We can then re-arrange a delivery date or find an alternative (porter, nanny, neighbour...) if you provide us with all the necessary information.

If you don't let us know and you're away at the time of the delivery, we will try to get in touch with you by phone and we will keep your order until we find an arrangement for a new delivery. Although we will always keep your order in a cold room, please note that we couldn't be held responsible for the food freshness or short validity dates if the delivery was delayed.

If you shop regularly, you may find it helpful to create a shopping list.

When you are on the products display page or the product description page, you can either order items by using the button Add to Basket, or save them in your Wish List by choosing the button Add to Wish List. This button helps you create a shopping list that you can recall at any time when you are ready to order. You will find the link at the top of the page: View Wish List. The products in you Wish List will stay there permanently unless you delete them using the grey cross. To put them in your basket, simply use the button Add to Basket at the end of each row.

You can also re-use one of your previous orders. At the top of the page, go to My Account, click on 1 View my Orders and choose the one you want to use. You will then be able to transfer this order in your basket by using the button Add to Basket. Once in your basket, you will be able to add or delete some products in order to create a new order.

When you add a product to your basket, you can either choose to Continue Shopping or Go to Checkout. When you are ready to place your order, you have to read and agree with our terms and conditions, then you will be asked to choose the type of delivery that suits you.

Depending on your postcode, you may choose a home delivery or collecting your order in our shop.

• If you choose to collect your goods in our shop, there is no minimum order required. This option is available for any postcode. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email from our website with the details of your order and the collection point address.

When you choose to collect your order, we ask you to fill or carefully check your Personal Details and to choose a collection point. Click on Continue to choose a date for collection, from that date you will have 48 hours to pick up tour order. Click on Continue to reach the Order Summary. You are now asked to select a Billing Address which should be the same as your payment card's one. You can now Confirm and Continue onto Payment, you will then reach the Sagepay gateway where your payment will be safely processed. Once your payment is processed, you will be given an order number and you will receive a confirmation email. Sagepay will also send you an email to confirm your payment has been made.

• If your postcode belongs to our delivery network and your order reaches a minimum of £35 (excluding mineral water), you can choose the home delivery option at no extra cost. If you don't reach the minimum amount for a home delivery, a note will inform you that the current minimum order has not been met.

Once your order is ready, you will have to check that your personal details are correct and select a delivery address. Click Continue to choose a delivery date from the calendar and click Continue in order to display your Order Summary. You are then asked to select a Billing Address which should be the same as your payment card's one. You can now Confirm and Continue onto Payment, you will then reach the Sagepay gateway where your payment will be safely processed. Once your payment is processed, you will be given an order number and you will receive a confirmation email. Sagepay will also send you an email to confirm your payment has been made.

If you are eligible for a home delivery, we require a minimum order of £35. However, mineral water is not included in the minimum order. Please bear in mind that the number of mineral water packs you can order is limited at 5 per order.

One reason is the congestion caused by a large amount of water packs in our delivery vans. The second reason is that according to the Manual Handling Operations Regulation, delivery men should not carry unreasonable weight manually.

Your basket will show the amount excluding mineral water, as well as the total amount of your purchases.

Your invoice will be handed to you at the time of the delivery and will display all information about the products, price and weight. The amount payable will be as stated on your invoice, the amount displayed on the website may be an estimation.

Most of the products we sell have a fixed price. However, some products are subject to changes depending on the market price in France, like meat, fish, fruits and vegetables. Therefore, the prices shown may vary slightly from the prices stated on your invoice. These variations are usually very small except in some cases (off season products for example). In the event of a larger variation, we will try our best to let you know before the delivery takes place.

Some products belonging to the cheese, fish, meat, fruits and vegetables categories, display a price per kilogram. In order to give you an idea of their cost, the product description displays the average weight of the product and the estimated price. On the final invoice, the price shown will be calculated according to the exact weight of the product delivered to you.

The prices stated on this website include VAT when applicable.

There is no delivery charges for the home delivery, as long as your postcode belongs to our delivery network and your order reaches the minimum applicable of £35 excluding mineral water.

There is no fee if you choose to collect your order in a Collection point. Please note that you must collect your order within 48h otherwise, call us on 020 8772 0660.

We accept all major credit and debit cards.

We do not store your payment details, we use a payment gateway powered by Sagepay and which is 3D secure.

Your card will be charged with the full price of your order on the day of the delivery and in case of shortage, you will not be charged for the missing products. We reserve the right to postpone your delivery if we are refused authority for payment. The address at which the payment card is registered must be the same as your billing address.

Once you've placed an order, Sagepay will send you a payment notification via email with your order number and summary. This email IS NOT an invoice from our company Chanteroy Ltd but a notification that your card was authenticated. Your invoice will be handed over with your order. If your order includes items sold by weight, the total amount charged on your card may slightly differ from the amount shown on our website.

Simply use the Add to Wish List button to create your own personal shopping list or leave the products in your basket. The items in your Wish List will be there permanently unless they aren't available anymore and your basket will be kept until you place your order as long as you don't log out.

Make sure you place your order before 5pm or your delivery may be delayed.

All of your orders will also be stored in your Account, section View My Orders, where you'll be able to find them.

If you have already received a confirmation email and want to change your order, you must contact our call centre on 020 8772 0660 before 5pm, two working days before the delivery date. For example Thursday before 5pm if your delivery is planned on Saturday and Friday before 5pm if your delivery is planned on Tuesday as our office is closed during the week-end.

Changes can be: adding or removing products, changing the delivery date or the delivery address.

As we convey most of the products the day before the delivery, we must be aware of any change two working days before the delivery.

If you want to cancel an order, you must contact our call centre on 020 8772 0660 before 5pm, two working days before the delivery date in order to confirm cancelation and get your payment back. Please check the deadlines below in order to cancel on time:

• Friday 5pm for a delivery planned on Tuesday.
• Monday 5pm for a delivery planned on Wednesday.
• Tuesday 5pm for a delivery planned on Thursday.
• Wednesday 5pm for a delivery planned on Friday.
• Thursday 5pm for a delivery planned on Saturday.

To change your password, simply click on the link My Account on top of the page. You will then be able to enter a new password. In some cases, you may need to change your personal information or delivery address. Please, keep your account details up to date if you move home or change your telephone number. It's your responsibility to ensure that your delivery address and contact numbers are correct.

Go to My Account on top of the page. On the right side of the frame, you will find several choices to access your account details. Choose Edit Delivery Details to change or add a delivery address.

Choose Edit Personal Details to change your telephone number or address email and click on the button Update Personal Details. You must be aware that if your new address has a different postcode, the delivery days can be significantly altered. Please note that if you change your email address, you will have to use this new email address next time you log in.

We sometimes have to suspend the Website activity when the quota of orders is reached. This is only temporary and shouldn't last more than 48 hours. When it does happen, the items in your wish list are marked as 'currently unavailable' and the product sections are empty but the products will stay in your list and become available again when the Website starts running as normal again.

Unfortunately there is no possibility to change your order online but you can send us an email if you have any concern about your delivery.

All the orders already placed (you should have received a confirmation's email) are processed as normal and the deliveries are still running from Tuesday to Saturday depending on your postcode.
